At 2:30 p.m. on March 25th, 2015, newcome exchange students were invited to visit the museum of ethnology in SCUN, with the company of members of Studying Abroad Union and some relevant teachers.

Based on the facts that newcome exchange students are not familiar with their new college well, where they would spend one year living and studying, they need to make the acquaintance of native students as soon as possible to help them deal with problems in life. Besides, teachers in the office of international cooperation and exchange decided to organize a constructive activity which could offer a chance for both native and foreign students to build friendship.

As planned ahead of time, members of SAU and exchange students, as well as members of Photography Association gathered together in front of the museum of ethnology in SCUNat 2:30 p.m. Then all of them were led into the museum by teacher Shao, one of teachers in the office of international cooperation and exchange. During the tour, a friendly and outgoing woman dressed in the white and red folk costume served as the guide to show students all those precious objects remained in the museum. Having seen all the fantastic objects remained in the museum, exchange students, together with members of Studying Abroad Union , posed for a group photo to memorize the moment .

A tour to the South Lake Garden would be the last part in the activity to take the exchange students around. Not long as it might have been, all exchange students seemed to have found their native friends, chatting with their own new friends instead of a big troop of marching people.

At about 5:00 p.m., the activity ended in a satisfactory way. It was during that time when all of them not only grasped quintessence of minority culture but also gained happiness that lies in friendship.
